Buyers pay no brokerage fee. The seller pays a success-fee commission fixed in the central agency agreement before marketing begins. Buyers budget separately for the independent survey, haul-out and their own legal or tax advice.

Yes, through two established routes: keeping the vessel under a foreign flag with a temporary import arrangement, or Indonesian-flag ownership through a PT PMA company. Each route carries different duty, use and resale implications, which our legal and escrow desk sets out in writing before any offer.

Every brokered listing passes a document audit before marketing: registration papers, import status, ownership chain and lien check. Serious buyers receive the listing dossier with specification, survey history and photographs before committing to a viewing trip.

Deposits are held under an escrow arrangement and released only against the milestones written into the memorandum of agreement. The balance moves at closing against the bill of sale and handover documents, so neither party is exposed while the survey and paperwork complete.

Most Bali-lying vessels are viewed at Benoa Harbour or Serangan, with sea trials run off the Bali coast. The desk also arranges viewings where the vessel lies elsewhere in Indonesia, including Labuan Bajo for Komodo-market vessels.
