Benoa · Juara Holding Group

A brokerage built for one archipelago, not adapted to it.

Bali Yacht Broker began in Benoa, where the gap was obvious: world-class hulls moving through Indonesian waters, and brokerage that had not caught up with them. We exist to close that gap on the sale and purchase side.

Benoa Harbour, Bali — the desk’s home port

In short

We broker the sale and purchase of high-value vessels inside Indonesian waters. That is the whole business — charter enquiries go to the group charter desk instead.

  • Part of Juara Holding Group, operating as a registered Indonesian PT.
  • Based at Benoa, working daily with the harbourmaster and marina rather than through an agent.
  • Phinisi through superyachts — the two ends of this market that generalist brokers handle worst.

Why a desk for one archipelago

Indonesia is over 17,000 islands, and the paperwork changes with them. A vessel’s flag, its import position, the harbourmaster who clears it, the surveyor who can be trusted to inspect it — none of these are the same across the country, and none are answerable from an office abroad.

A brokerage here needs more than sales ability. It needs standing with the port authorities, a working knowledge of what the Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut actually requires, and enough local network to know which hulls are genuinely for sale and which are merely being talked about.

Our team mixes brokers who have closed internationally with people who have worked these waters. That pairing is the point: global process, local ground truth.

How we work

Four commitments we are willing to be measured on

Values are cheap to publish. These are written so a client can tell whether we kept them.

Say the number

Commission is stated before a mandate is signed. Condition assessments are given as found, including when that costs us the deal.

Know the vessel type

Phinisi built at Bulukumba and European-built motor yachts fail in different ways. We assess each on its own terms rather than one generic checklist.

Local rules, global process

KSOP Benoa clearance, import position and flag questions handled here, against the documentation standards an international buyer expects.

Finish the file

A closing is not done when funds move. It is done when the registry, the import file and the handover documents all agree.

What we deliberately do not do

A short list, because the omissions explain the desk better than the inclusions.

Charter bookings

Holiday and charter enquiries are routed to the group charter desk. We are not the right people and would only slow you down.

Listing anything

A vessel that cannot show clean title and a valid clearance position does not go on the list, however keen the owner.

Acting for both sides in silence

Where we hold both mandates you are told in writing before an offer is made, not after.
