Motor yachts
Flybridge cruisers, sport yachts and expedition hulls already in Indonesian waters — no import to arrange.
Buy side · Bali & Indonesia
Three markets at once: private motor and sailing yachts around Benoa, phinisi working the Komodo corridor, and charter vessels whose owners are quietly open to offers. We shortlist only what we can verify.
Bali Yacht Broker is a curated buy-side desk, not a classifieds board: we shortlist vessels we can verify, then manage the purchase through survey, negotiation, escrow and handover.
What we curate
Flybridge cruisers, sport yachts and expedition hulls already in Indonesian waters — no import to arrange.
Monohulls and catamarans, mostly ex-cruising boats whose owners have finished their Indonesia chapter.
Sulawesi-built wooden schooners, from six-guest boats to superyacht-grade new builds.
Sold with licences, crew relationships and forward bookings a new owner can keep running.
Inside the group
Bali Yacht Broker is one desk inside Juara Holding Group, whose marine operator has been running vessels in the Komodo corridor since 2015.
2026 guidance
Orientation, not valuation. Condition, licensing and charter history move every number here.
Entry
USD 80–250K
Used sailing yachts and small motor cruisers; older compact phinisi needing refit before commercial use.
Mid
USD 250–800K
Well-kept mid-size motor yachts; phinisi with tourism licences and a working charter history.
Established
USD 0.8–2.5M
Charter phinisi with strong bookings and recent refit; late-model motor yachts of 60 feet and above.
New build
USD 2.5–5M+
Luxury phinisi to owner specification, or large motor yachts positioned for the premium Komodo trade.
Bands reflect real 2026 asking and closing levels in Indonesian waters, not quotations.
Working with the desk
Each stage ends in something written down.
For a vessel already in Indonesian waters with clean paperwork, six to twelve weeks from shortlist to handover is a reasonable expectation. New-build phinisi commissions run one to two years.
Ownership documents, flag status and outstanding liabilities checked before you inspect.
Funds sit with an agreed independent holder and release only against documented milestones. We never hold them ourselves.
We own no vessels, build none, and promise no charter income. The fee is tied to a clean transaction, not to talking a boat up.
Where a vessel we present is connected to a group company, we disclose that before you inspect it.
By vessel type
Before you brief us
Tell us what you want the boat to do, and we will tell you honestly what your budget buys right now — including, sometimes, that you should wait for a better vessel.
