Choosing a broker · Standards

What we publish becomes the basis of somebody’s purchase decision.

Specifications, market analysis and regulatory guidance on this site inform transactions worth millions. Accuracy, objectivity and transparency here are not a policy page — they are the working method.

The desk team working through a verification file

In short

We are a subsidiary of Juara Holding Group and we operate as an independent brokerage. We maintain a network of trusted partners — surveyors, lawyers, management companies — and we do not accept payment for referrals.

  • Recommendations are based on merit and fit for the client, not on what a partner pays.
  • Commission is earned when a transaction closes, and nowhere else in the chain.
  • Where a vessel we present is connected to a group company, the relationship is disclosed before you inspect it.

Principles

What we hold ourselves to

Accuracy above all

Every claim, specification and data point is verified before publication. Primary sources and direct physical inspection over secondary information.

Expert-led

Technical analysis and market insight is written and reviewed by in-house specialists whose credentials are published.

No paid referrals

Trusted partners across survey, legal and management — none of whom pay to be recommended.

Kept current

The maritime market moves. Listings are reviewed quarterly with the seller; market analysis is revised on a fixed cadence.

The pipeline

What a listing passes through before publication

Managed by the team rather than delegated to the seller’s own paperwork.

  1. Document audit

Registration (Grosse Akta), builder’s certificate, proof of tax payment and the ownership chain, reviewed by qualified maritime counsel.

  2. Source verification

Shipyard build sheets, manufacturer specifications and registration records from recognised maritime authorities — read, not repeated.

  3. Physical inspection

Direct inspection over secondary information, wherever the vessel lies.

  4. Review cadence

Active listings reviewed quarterly with the seller to confirm status, asking price and any change in condition or inventory.

Market reports and guides are revised on a semi-annual cycle, or sooner when Indonesian regulation changes — which it does.

Two things worth stating plainly

Conflict of interest

Independent brokerage inside a group. We do not accept payment for referrals, and group relationships are disclosed before any inspection.

Valuation transparency

An objective, data-driven assessment of fair market value rather than a restatement of the asking price — so buyer and seller start from the same number.

Regulatory currency

Guidance on ownership, registration and operation is checked against current Indonesian rules, not against last year’s version of them.

If something published here is wrong, tell us. Corrections are made against the source, and the page carries the date it was last reviewed.

Found something wrong? Tell us.

Corrections are made against the source rather than quietly edited away. If a figure, a rule or a specification on this site does not match what you know, we would rather hear it.
