Own & invest · Portfolio level

For the investor who has moved past “which boat should I buy?”

Deploying USD 500,000 or more and want exposure to Indonesian marine tourism as an asset class rather than ownership of a single hull? The engagement starts from your capital band and horizon, not from a listing sheet.

An investor reviewing figures on deck at sunset

In short

We do not guarantee returns, and you should walk away from anyone in this market who does. Charter income depends on seasonality, vessel condition, operator performance and demand.

  • Below USD 500,000 a multi-component allocation becomes too thin to execute well — we will route you to the single-vessel desk instead.
  • We do not own the fleets we place investors into. That separation is what lets us compare options on their merits rather than sell our own inventory.
  • Paid through disclosed fees only: brokerage commission on transactions, advisory fee on portfolio engagements. No undisclosed spreads on purchase prices.

Three components

What the allocation is built from

Yacht & phinisi assets

Direct ownership of a vessel intended for charter, handed over into a management agreement so it earns from its first season rather than sitting at anchor.

Fleet participation

Capital placed alongside an operating charter business, with scheduling, crewing, maintenance and guest handling run by the operator.

Onshore diversification

Marine assets are operating businesses that float. A balanced Bali allocation usually pairs them with leasehold property or land in tourism corridors.

2026 planning ranges

Typical entry by component

Planning ranges drawn from recent transactions in Indonesian waters. They are not quotes, and individual vessels or instruments can fall outside them.

Pre-owned vessel

USD 300K–1.5M

Charter phinisi or motor yacht. Refit budgets of 10–25% of purchase price are common.

New phinisi build

USD 0.8–3M+25–40 m

18–30 month timelines, staged payments to the yard, specification driving the final number.

Fleet participation

USD 200–500K

Structure and terms vary per vessel and operator, modelled case by case.

Onshore property

USD 250K–1.5Mleasehold

Location corridor and lease length are the main variables.

Condition and survey findings drive vessel price more than length does.

Two advisers reviewing allocation figures at a table

Inside the group

Why one advisory can cover boats, fleets and property honestly

Because we do not try to operate all of it ourselves. Juara Holding Group has been building tourism businesses in Bali and eastern Indonesia since 2015; our role is the marine desk inside it, and legal work runs through licensed Indonesian counsel rather than through us.

  • We arrange, we do not operate. Fleet operations sit with group companies and vetted external operators.
  • Conservative modelling. Every opportunity is modelled with conservative assumptions, and you see the model — but outcomes are projections, not promises.

How to book

Three steps to an allocation memo

The first step costs nothing but an hour.

  1. Introduce yourself

Capital band, horizon, and whether you lean toward direct ownership or fleet participation.

  2. Discovery call

Thirty to sixty minutes, no charge, to establish fit. If the advisory is not right for your situation we say so on this call.

  3. Allocation memo

A concrete written proposal across the three components, with the modelling shown.

A pre-owned vessel purchase with survey and legal work typically runs two to five months; new builds 18 to 30. A full three-component portfolio is usually deployed within six to twelve months of the memo.

Questions investors ask

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Send your capital band and what you want your Bali allocation to do. We will come back with an honest read on whether the advisory fits — and if a single vessel or a purely onshore position serves you better, we will say that instead.
